Singer Songwriter and guitar player, Jonathan Clay is back with his most inspiring, soulful sound to date.  His second studio album, Back To Good, and the new single "This One's For Me" have received praise from both critics and fans alike. Combining elements of blues, pop, and folk-rock, Jonathan draws from any and everything around him.  Clay has shaped a true collective masterpiece with songs like "Back To Good", After All" and "December".  The album also includes re-recorded, reproduced tracks such as "A Little Time" from his debut album Whole New Me (2006).

                
For nearly a decade, this self-inspired artist has been paving the way to musical distinction, creating sincere melodies and grabbing listener's hearts and souls with each note.  Hit tracks from the debut album earned spots in nationally broadcasted reality shows, independent movies and radio shows across the nation.  Whether you choose to call it hard work or destiny, one thing is for certain - this small town man is ready to prove what he was put on this earth to do.  "I'm right where I need to be."

                
Born in Houston, Texas on April 3, 1985, Clay was showing his talents by 6th grade, practicing the guitar with his father and honing such skills at an early age.  Evolving to putting passion to paper, high school brought the advancement of combining lyrical luster with the melodic resonance of the guitar.  Looking back, he recalls the times of recording tracks with school buddies and selling their album's for five dollars.

Being raised with the notion that education is the foundation of success, he attended Texas State University (San Marcos) in 2003 to pursue what some might call a dream bigger than life.  Stepping on stage for the first time at a small-town coffee shop known as "Coffee Pot," armed with nothing more than a voice and a dream, it was time to show the world (or little town for the moment) just what he was made of.
